Symbols

Symbols is a simple application for finding and inserting unusual symbols. It allows you to quickly find the desired symbol using keywords.

You can also view characters by category, such as punctuation, pictures, and more.

Installation from repository

Characters can be installed in any familiar and convenient way:

Install via GNOME Software

In three clicks 😊

Follow the link install Characters and confirm the “open application” operation in the browser. The Application Center will open, select the source "Sisyphus" in it, and click the "download" button

Installation via terminal

apt-get

su -
apt-get update
apt-get install gnome-characters

epm

epm -i gnome-characters

Installation using Flatpak

If you have the Flatpak package, you can install Characters with one command:

flatpak install flathub org.gnome.Characters

Or using the GNOME Software 🤔
